President Nikolic received the credentials of new Ambassadors

BELGRADE - President Nikolic received the credentials of Ambassadors U Myo Aye of Myanmar, Konstantinos Iliadis of Cyprus, Kasim Asker Hasan Ali of Iraq, Isabel Cristina de Azevedo Heyvaert of Brazil and Vladimir Gasparic of Slovenia, US ambassador Kyle Randolph Scott and Archbishop Luciano Suriani, new Apostolic Nuncio to Serbia.

 
BELGRADE – Archbishop Luciano Suriani, new Apostolic Nuncio to Serbia, presented his credentials to Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic on Friday.
 
Archbishop Suriani told President Nikolic that he was honored to hand over to him the letter of credence by which Pope Francis had authorized him to perform the duties of the Apostolic Nuncio of the Holy See in Serbia.
 
The credentials presentation ceremony was attended by Monsignor Janusz Stanislaw Blachowiak, first secretary of the Apostolic Nunciature of the Holy See in Serbia.
 
Nikolic wished Archbishop Suriani welcome and a lot of cooperation.
 
Earlier today, President Nikolic accepted the credentials of Ambassadors Myo Aye of Myanmar, Konstantinos Iliadis of Cyprus, Kasim Asker Hasan Ali of Iraq, Isabel Cristina de Azevedo Heyvaert of Brazil and Vladimir Gasparic of Slovenia.

BELGRADE - Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic received at the Palace of Serbia on Friday the newly-appointed US ambassador to Belgrade, Kyle Randolph Scott, who presented his credentials.
 
Ambassador Scott said that he is honoured to present the credentials whereby his country and President Barack Obama authorise him to perform the duty of US ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Serbia.
 
President Nikolic wished Ambassador Scott welcome to Serbia.
