President Nikolic arrives in Prague, meets with Zeman
Prague - Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic on Tuesday arrived on an official visit to the Czech Republic.
President Nikolic was ceremonially welcomed by his counterpart Milos Zeman, with many citizens gathering outside the presidential palace in Prague to see their encounter, Nikolic's presidential press office said in a statement.
In a friendly and cordial meeting, President Nikolic discussed development of economic cooperation between Serbia and the Czech Republic and the challenges posed by the migrant crisis.
In attendance of the two presidents, Serbian Minister of Education, Science and Technological Development Mladen Sarcevic and Czech Minister of Culture, Education, Youth and Sport Katerina Valachova signed an agreement on cooperation.
President Nikolic will also speak with the chairman of the Czech Senate later in the day and meet with numerous Czech entrepreneurs.
