Serbia, Indonesia relationship is excellent

Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic arrived on a three-day visit to the Republic of Indonesia, where he was greeted by Minister of Transportation Ignatius Jonan, on Tuesday.

BELGRADE - Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic arrived on a three-day visit to the Republic of Indonesia, where he was greeted by Minister of Transportation Ignatius Jonan, on Tuesday.
    
The two nations share a love of peace and freedom, and their friendship is built on firm foundations dating back to the times of the Non-Aligned Movement, Nikolic and Jonan said.
    
Nikolic stressed that Serbia appreciated Indonesia's support for Serbia's efforts to preserve its territorial integrity and sovereignty.
    
"Relations between Serbia and Indonesia are excellent, but we need to strengthen the potential for better economic cooperation," he said.
    
President Nikolic expects that his meeting with Indonesian President Joko Widodo tomorrow will be a fresh impetus to the deep friendship between the two nations and that our economic and all other ties will be further strengthened.
    
During the first day of the visit, President Nikolic will visit the National Museum of Indonesia and National monument Indonesia.
