Office of the Secretary General

Office of the Secretary General of the President of the Republic performs the duties pertaining to the preparation of official paperwork adopted by the Secretary General, handles cases related to pardoning and grievances of citizens, prepares and drafts periodical reports in accordance with the law, carries out personnel, general and administrative tasks, public procurement procedures, project-related tasks, tasks which pertain to the exercise of the right of the President of the Republic to salary and other labour rights, rights of the spouse of the President of the Republic and the rights of the former President of the Republic, as well as performs other duties relevant for carrying out the functions of the President of the Republic of Serbia.
Office of the Secretary General of the President is headed by the Secretary General of the President.

Those holding mid-level positions outside internal organizational units conduct legal business which is within the purview of the General Secretariat of the President of the Republic, as well as activities related to pardoning, international cooperation, European integration processes and other business.

Office of the Secretary General has the following internal organizational units:

  • Personnel and Legal Affairs Service
  • Petitions and Projects Service
  • Financial-Property Affairs Service
  • Registrar and Archival Service
  • Car Pool Service
  • Catering Service
  • Building Maintenance Technical Service
