President Vučić meets the UN Secretary-General
President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić met earlier today in New York with Secretary-General of the United Nations António Guterres.
„Thank you for supporting peace and stability. We will always be committed to the support to your work", said President Vučić during the meeting. He informed the Secretary-General about the problems in the dialogue with Priština and emphasised that the situation is neither easy nor simple, but that Serbia does everything to preserve the peace and stability in the region, and added that the situation gets more complex especially in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
„We are working together with all international factors on finding a possible solution to the Kosovo problem, but the dialogue is blocked due to one-sided moves of Priština", stressed President Vučić.
Secertary-General Guterres said that he welcomes the determination and constructive approach of President Vučić to the regional issues as well as the courage and tenacity aimed at finding a solution to the Kosovo problem.
