Farewell visit of the Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia

President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić received today in a farewell visit the Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia Gordan Bakota and thanked him for the professional and open approach he presented during his diplomatic post in Belgrade.

President Vučić said that he remains committed to the development of good neighbourly relations with Croatia and that he expects that in the future the two countries will overcome the problems arising from different perceptions of the past. He added that it is important to be the guarantee of the regional stability through the support to the enlargement.

President Vučić and Ambassador Bakota agreed that the two countries should give a priority to the infrastructural connections and economic cooperation.
